A Spring Day Murder by KC Hart
In Skeeterville, the grass isn't the only thing getting mowed down.
When two men drop dead on their tractors within twenty-four hours, home health nurse Katy Cross knows it's not just the Southern heat doing the killing. The police may be satisfied with their heart attack theory, but Katy's medical expertise points to something far more toxic at work. With her deputy nephew feeding her insider details, her best friend's knack for gossip, and her husband's steady support, Katy's determined to cut through the small-town secrets. But in Skeeterville, where everyone knows your business, but not everybody tells the whole truth, digging up evidence might lead her straight to a killer who's ready to add another name to the obituary column.
Perfect for fans of cozy mysteries who love determined female sleuths, quirky small-town characters, and a dash of Southern charm with their murder.

What Readers Are Saying
I have been patiently awaiting the new Katy Cross mystery by author KC Hart. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Reading all of the shenanigans Katy gets into, but somehow manages to get out of, is beyond entertaining. Of course by the 9th chapter, I was certain I had the mystery solved. If anyone had asked, I would have told them I knew who did it, and not only that, but how they did it. Imagine my surprise when I was wrong. This is what is so great about KC Hart's writing. She keeps you thinking that you have it figured out, only to show you that you didn't. She serves up such a Twist at the end, you could not imagine it happening that way. All of this while showing you how to always turn to God when you need him most. Knowing he is always there for you, and loving you. And setting such a great example of a loving couple who are there for each other, but support each other's shenanigans. Okay, mostly Katy's.
